Valentine's Day

Let me just say that I have the 3 best Valentine's in the world!! We had a nice Valentine's day this year. We actually celebrated 2 days. On Saturday we had our Valentine's family breakfast and the kids got to open their candy. We had a special valentine's dinner and dance fundraiser for the Young Women in our ward and so we went to that too. It was a lot of fun.

On Monday the kids made lots of heart valentine's for FHE. Tuesday they woke up to hearts leading from their room to the table with heart shaped Krispy Kreme donuts. Afterwards I took the kids to Pump it up and then out to Chick Fil A. It was a nice day! Jason brought home roses and In-n-Out. So yummy. I then conned him into watching the latest Twilight movie with me. Yes he really does love me! It was a very nice holiday to remember how lucky we are to experience love in our lives.

For Jason't gift I got him a whole year of prepaid, pre thought out dates. One per month. See the look he is giving me in the second pic. That is my favorite you shouldn't have done all of this for me but I love you so much look. It is worth all the effort everytime! ( I will try to post the dates as we do them.)

Brooke made her valentines this year with the help of my Silhouette machine. I had a ton of leftover popcorn from a baby shower and I was happy I could talk her into giving it for her Valentine's. She had a fun party at school that day. When I picked her up she said "Mom we didn't do any work today just all play." It pretty much cracked me up! Love this sweet fun girl!!
